1. Delivery, Shipping and Costs
We deliver to most countries in the world, on all continents. Each order is different, each of your projects is unique and requires our utmost attention. For these reasons, ZEBRES has surrounded itself with the best service providers and professionals so that shipments are made under the best conditions while guaranteeing our customers very competitive prices.
ZEBRES organizes the shipments for its customers and bears the risks until delivery, in the case of private customers. When the customer is a professional, the transfer of responsibility may take place before final delivery, in which case this would be specified to the buyer at the time of concluding the sale.
To date, we have opened the automatic, real-time calculation of shipping costs to some twenty countries in Europe as well as the United States and Canada. We are constantly improving this service so that our customers can quickly and reliably estimate the shipping costs related to their project and plan to open new destinations in the near future.
However, this tool, however powerful it may be, will never take into account in an exhaustive way all the situations you encounter. Our teams remain at your entire disposal to provide support for special requests: urgent orders, optimisation of the supply chain for a project, groupage, specific constraints. We fully understand your expectations and various problems and wish to accompany you in the search for effective solutions.
We want your shopping experience at ZEBRES to be the best possible. In order not to delay the delivery of part of your order if your entire order is not available at the same time, or if we deem it necessary for other reasons, we may have to make partial deliveries.
Finally, to keep you informed of the status of your order, we provide you with tracking numbers and links as soon as we are able to do so. Unfortunately, this is not always possible, in which case our teams are at your disposal to provide you with all the information you may need.
2. Details on Delivery and Shipping Costs
The delivery price is calculated during the order confirmation process and takes into account the quantity and characteristics of each object making up the order as well as the delivery address, in particular. This price includes the preparation, packaging and delivery of the order carried out by the partners that ZEBRES has selected. ZEBRES chooses the service providers (packers, handlers) and carriers (postal services, courier services, delivery people or specialized carriers) that seem to ZEBRES to be the most suitable for each delivery according to the nature of the objects.
Each delivery is handed over against signature at the door of the customer's home, building or warehouse. Any sales tax, import and customs duties and any processing fees on goods sent outside the European Union are not included in the delivery amount and shipping charges will have to All islands, as well as the states of Hawaii and Alaska in the United States, are not included in our standard shipping rates shown online. For orders in these geographic areas, please contact us at miron@zebres.paris before placing your order and you will receive a shipping quote. Please note that this list is not exhaustive and that we may charge additional shipping fees for remote areas.
3. Delivery time
The delivery times indicated on our Online Shop are calculated from the confirmation of the purchase (conclusion of the contract), and from the receipt of payment by ZEBRES, if the purchase was paid by bank transfer.
The product delivered may be subject to the schedule of our suppliers or partners if it is a special order or a product stored at one of our stockists.
4. Right of Withdrawal in Case of Default in Delivery
In the event of obstacles to timely delivery, ZEBRES will keep the customer informed of the development of the situation. The customer, like ZEBRES, is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the delay in delivery is more than 4 weeks. This does not affect the customer's right of withdrawal (see below). Withdrawal results in the immediate and full refund of the sums paid by the customer.
