BENEDICTE VALLET

Benedicte Vallet imagines creations of Nature, strange sculptures as miracles stranded at the edge of the vegetal, mineral and animal kingdom. This designer weaves a ceramic textile with natural fibers such as hemp or linen.

Her life as a child in Reunion fed her love for the land and she was inspired in Madagascar, at an early age, by the knowledge of many artisans such as basket makers.

Her creations are visual, tactile and sound. Touch them and you will hear natural songs from the assembly of their volumes.
